Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Greece)

We ship orders within Greece via BOX NOW and ACS Courier. Standard delivery times are typically 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to Europe, the United States, and selected countries in Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier services. Estimated delivery times are 5–15 business days, though some destinations may require additional transit time. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Delays & Issues

Family Closet SKG is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at infofamclo@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Family Closet SKG is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
