Family Closet SKG Eshop Policies – Returns & Exchanges

At Family Closet SKG, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

For customers in Greece, the first exchange is free of charge. Additional exchanges or international exchanges may incur shipping fees.

If your preferred replacement item is unavailable, we may issue store credit valid for 2 months from the date of issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of vintage clothing, minor signs of wear may be present and are considered part of the character of vintage garments. Any significant flaws are always noted and photographed in the product listing.

We do not accept returns for:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
