For online orders, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available within 14 days. In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
When will my purchase be shipped?
Packages are shipped within 1-3 business days.
What if the item I got has flaws that Family Closet didn't mention before purchase?
In the event this occurs, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and provide you with a full refund.
Are the pieces second hand?
The majority of our listings are pre-owned and in excellent condition. Some are also deadstock with their original tags from closed stores.
Can I pick up my order in store?
You have the option to physically pick up your order by selecting it during online checkout. Subsequently, we will reach out to schedule a pick-up appointment.
