Store Policy

All orders are shipped via ACS Courier or Box Now across Greece.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

Shipments are processed from Tuesday to Friday.

No shipments are made on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout before completing your order.

You can also choose free in-store pickup from our physical store in Thessaloniki:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

• For online orders, we accept exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date.
  For in-store purchases, exchanges are accepted within 14 days.

• We do not offer refunds — only product exchanges or store credit.

• Sale / 5€ items cannot be exchanged.

• All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective.

• Family Closet Skg respects your privacy and keeps your personal data secure.

• We do not share your data with third parties, except for courier companies necessary for delivery.
