All orders are shipped via ACS Courier or Box Now across Greece.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

Shipments are processed from Tuesday to Friday.

No shipments are made on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout before completing your order.

You can also choose free in-store pickup from our physical store in Thessaloniki:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

The following policy applies exclusively to online orders placed through our e-shop. It does not apply to purchases made in our physical store.

Returns

• Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage, odors, or alterations.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

• For orders within Greece, the first exchange is free of charge. Any additional exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability, as many of our items are one-of-one vintage pieces.

Store Credit

• Customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
• Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

• Purchases made in our physical store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase upon presentation of the receipt.
• Refunds are not provided for in-store purchases.
• Store credit is valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
• Sale items and items priced at €5 are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
